Role: BI Analyst

Experience: 5 +

Location: Pune, Kharadi

Must have skillsets:
1. Technical Skills:
a. Business Intelligence (BI):
i. Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies, such as
MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
ii. Expertise in SQL and experience with database technologies
(e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
iii. Experience with ETL tools and processes.
iv. Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
v. Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms
(preferably Google Cloud)
vi. Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel to create tables with
formula, creating pivots and charts, creating Macros, etc

2. Functional Skills:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data
Science, or a related field.
b. Ability to manage data engineering projects, including planning,
scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives
c. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
d. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
